      Shipping Policy

      Order confirmation

      Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. It will include your order number, proof of payment. This means that we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

      “Order Confirmation Not Received”

      Our team will assist you right away.

      • Order Deadline: Orders placed before 12:00 will be processed on the same day. (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time
      • Processing Time: The processing time for orders is 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
      • Delivery Time: The usual delivery time is 14-25 business days (Monday to Friday).
      • Shipping Costs: Free shipping.
      • Shipping Country: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada

      Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and have started processing it.

      Once the order is confirmed it is not possible to cancel it because it enters the preparation queue.

      Track Order

      You can track your order with the track & trace number that you receive via the shipping confirmation.

      If you have not received a tracking number within 4 business days, please contact us at labumonsters@gmail.com and we will be happy to help you.

      Shipping the Order

      Once your order is placed, we need 1 to 3 business days to process it. After processing, your order will be shipped and typically takes between 12 to 25 business days to arrive.

      Delayed Orders

      If the maximum processing and shipping time has expired and your order still hasn’t arrived, don’t panic. Please wait up to 2 additional days and remember to use your tracking code. If your package still hasn’t arrived by then, please contact us with your order number.

      Damaged or Incorrect Orders

      Did you receive your package correctly, but it was damaged or contained incorrect items? No worries. Please take photos of the issue, include a brief explanation of what went wrong, and contact us with your order number.
